Levels of Membership

Michigan Post-Secondary School Membership (Voting)

• $65.00
• Accredited two- and four-year degree-granting colleges and universities in Michigan.
• A member college or university shall be represented by an officer charged with responsibility for admitting its students.

Michigan Secondary School Membership (Voting)

• $50.00
• Individual elementary and secondary schools approved by the Bureau of School Services of Michigan, or a regional accrediting agency.
• Other elementary and secondary schools, colleges, and universities whose aims and objectives are in the opinion of the Executive Committee in agreement with those of MACAC.

Michigan Individual (Voting)

• $70.00
• Non-school affiliated or rep for not-for-profit organization that abide by the membership requirements set forth in the by-laws.

Michigan Agency/Organization (Voting)

• $70.00
• Not-for-profit agency or organization that abide by the membership requirements set forth in the by-laws.

Associate Membership (Non-voting)

• $65.00
• Any non-Michigan institutions, organizations, individuals or any for-profit organizations, individuals or institutions.

Retiree (voting)

• $25.00
• Individuals who were actively engaged in providing counseling, admission or financial aid services at one or more MACAC member institutions for an aggregate of at least 10 years and who are (1) age 65 or over or (2) deemed retired under the retirement program of the last such institution employing such individual and who are not otherwise employed.

Student (non-voting)

• $15.00
